We work one-on-one with individuals who are committed to self-discovery for the purpose of living a more full and complete life—personally and professionally. The sessions range from 6-months to longer engagements (frequency varies).
The private and confidential coaching engagements start and end with the goals of the individual who is being coached.
Individuals complete the EQ-i 2.0® (may include EQ 360® or verbal 360 assessment) at the start of the engagement. We revisit the assessment outcomes throughout our engagement to ensure the individual is attuned to their strengths and blinds-spots.
Organizations that believe in the power of the team seek team executive coaching for the purpose of bringing people together. Each team has different needs, personalities, and goals. We work with you to create a pathway for your team to experience synergy, collaboration, and authentic trust.
Members of the team complete the EQ 360®. We debrief with the individual members first and then weave their outcomes into the engagement sessions in ways that are honoring and respectful.
