Elizabeth received her BS, MS, and PhD from Louisiana State University. She has also completed leadership development programs through Harvard University, the Center for Creative Leadership, University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Colorado Education Initiative’s Rural Superintendent Academy, the University of Northern Colorado’s Tointon Institute for Educational Change.
She is a perpetual learner. Always seeking to learn and grow. She has extensive knowledge of best practices and experiences in the areas of leadership development, pedagogy, curriculum, assessment, evaluation, systems thinking, and emotional intelligence.
Her completion of Level 2 Executive Coaching through the Center for Executive Coaching demonstrates her commitment to personal growth in order to serve her clients fully.
As a published author and an invited speaker, Elizabeth has addressed national and state-level audiences on topics ranging from leadership development, self-determination theory, systems-thinking, culturally responsive practices, service-learning, social-emotional learning, change leadership, and school safety and security.
She has also been invited to speak at numerous public events for non-profit organizations.
Elizabeth loves life and everything life offers—family, friends, travel, cultures, coffee, books, nature, sourdough bread, and much more. She spends her time with the ones she loves, doing meaningful work for K-12 schools, playing pickleball, playing the drums, writing, and hiking with her dogs.
